Refund Policy

When a dundns subscription can be refunded, how to cancel, and what to do if something goes wrong. Contact is at the end.

14 days, any reason.
Refund a new paid subscription within 14 days, no reason needed. Monthly plans are refunded in full; annual plans for the unused days. After 14 days the term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next charge.

Free has nothing to refund.
The Free plan costs nothing. Upgrade only when you're ready.

Renewals: cancel, don't refund.
Renewal charges are not refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to skip the next charge; access continues until the period you've paid for ends.
Outages
An outage over 24 consecutive hours on a paid plan may earn a service credit or partial refund for the affected time. Send us the dates; we assess case by case.
Not refundable
- Renewals, once the original 14-day window has passed.
- Annual time already used, beyond the prorated initial refund.
- Subscriptions ended for breaching our terms or acceptable-use rules.
Cancel or request a refund
Cancel anytime from Account settings; access lasts until the current period ends. For a refund or to report an outage, email us from your account address.
Payments and disputes
Paddle, our merchant of record, issues refunds to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days. For any billing question, contact us first.
Statutory rights
This policy adds to your consumer-law rights, including EU and UK rights of withdrawal where they apply. It takes nothing away.
Changes
Posted here with a date, applying to subscriptions bought after that date.
