What sets dundns apart

Three things you only get together here.

Oblivious DNS-over-HTTPS

With ODoH, your queries pass through a relay before they reach dundns. The resolver answers them without ever seeing your IP address. NextDNS, AdGuard DNS, and Control D do not offer Oblivious DoH.

Block by network (ASN) & country

Block answers that resolve into a chosen network (ASN) or country, checked after resolving so your allow list still wins. Control D offers this too; NextDNS and AdGuard DNS do not.

Stacked profiles

Set shared rules once in a base profile, then layer per-device overrides on top without repeating yourself. Other services keep each profile independent.

Hosted entirely in the European Union

dundns runs every server under EU jurisdiction and is incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. Queries stay under European privacy law, out of reach of foreign data requests, and are never sold. AdGuard DNS is EU-incorporated but hosts globally; NextDNS (US) and Control D (Canada) are neither EU-hosted nor EU-incorporated.
