Common questions
What counts as a query?
Every DNS lookup your device makes (loading a page, an app checking for updates, background sync) counts as one query. A typical household uses well under 300,000 a month.
What happens after 300,000 queries on Free?
Every domain still resolves. Your blocking rules are suspended until the monthly allowance resets; queries that would have been blocked resolve normally in the meantime.
When does the query counter reset?
Once a month, on the day of the month you created your account: sign up on the 12th and it resets every 12th.
How does Business pricing work?
Business is priced in blocks of 50 employees: one block is €19.99/month (or €199/year), so a 120-person company needs three. Profiles, rules, and logs work exactly as on Pro; Business adds email support, and one subscription covers the whole team.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings.
